How do I get pricing information?
You can obtain pricing information several ways:
- Contact your customer development representative
- If you do not know your customer development representative for your area, call our Customer Service Division, Monday – Friday from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST for information & service.

How do I become a delivery customer?
Send us your name, business name, business address (including city and sate), area code and phone number to info@choicefood.com. A customer development representative in your area will be in contact with you soon.
How late in the day can I place an order to be delivered the next day?
Orders for local delivery received by fax or phone message service before 8 pm will be assured next day delivery. Special order items, or out of town deliveries require increased order times.
What is your current delivery territory?
Middle Tennessee, extending eastward to Knoxville, west to Dickson;
Middle Tennessee, extending north into Kentucky to Elizabethton;
Middle Tennessee, extending south into Alabama to Cullman;
Middle Tennessee, extending southeast through Chattanooga into Georgia to Atlanta;
If you have a need for service in areas other than our routine designated delivery areas, we have the ability, through our affiliation with Multi Unit Alliance, to service your account in almost any continental United States location.
Do you send out a price list?
Our extensive product inventory limits our ability to send out a practical current price list. We find our customers are better served by having a customer development representative research each individuals’ needs and address their pertinent questions rather than sending massive mailings that, for the most part, will be of little interest to the customer.
As a broad line distributor, do you carry all major brands?
While we carry most popular major brands in stock, there may be a few that we do not carry for some particular reason. However, if you have need for, or are currently using a brand that is not currently in our stock, we will procure and maintain that item or items in inventory for you with your volume movement being as low as one pallet per month. We only ask that you purchase the remaining proprietary inventory if at some point you decide to change to a new product.
Will you create & maintain private label products for your customers?
Yes! We have an ongoing program that actively develops unique marketing materials and products at no development cost to our active customers. If you already have a logo, we can provide you with many options as to how best to present your company. If you do not currently have a logo, we have the ability to provide artist options for your approval.
We prepare sauces and/or products from our own recipes. Can you manufacture our proprietary products for us?
Yes! We have a working relationship with two of the major private label manufacturers in the southeast. Their food technologist works with your recipe to assure the produce is shelf stable, FDA approved and produced to your satisfaction. We sign non-disclosure statements for your files so as to assure your protection for your proprietary formulas.
